<br />Ingredients : for The luchi Parathas <br />2 cups all purpose flour <br />2 tbs oil <br />1 tsp salt or use accordingly <br />2 cups of warm water (use accordingly) <br />2 cups of chickpeas (i soaked them over night and then boiled them for about 1 hour on high flame in lots of water) <br />1/4 cup of oil <br />1 onion <br />1 green chili pepper <br />1 tbs ginger garlic <br />1 bay leaf <br />1 tsp cumin seeds <br />1 tsp paprika powder <br />1 tsp salt <br />1/2 tsp turmeric <br />1 medium tomato <br />1 tsp coriander powder <br />3/4 cup tomato sauce or puree/paste <br />1 tsp garam masala <br />green cilantro for garnish <br />Don\'t forget to make some Bubbly tea :).
